Where does your coffee come from?
Our Golden Hour Coffee is roasted in small batches and sourced from quality growing regions across South and Central America. Each roast is selected for its distinct character and flavor profile.
How fresh is the coffee?
Every order is roasted and fulfilled to order. Processing takes 4–5 business days before your coffee ships, ensuring it arrives as fresh as possible.
Do you offer whole bean and ground?
Yes. Each roast is available in both whole bean and ground. You can select your preference on the product page.
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within the United States and typically arrive within 7–10 business days from the date of order. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is a flat $4.50. Orders over $60 ship free.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of consumable food products, we're unable to accept returns on opened coffee bags. Unopened bags in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. If your order arrives damaged, contact us right away and we'll make it right.
