Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Due to the nature of consumable food products, we are unable to accept returns on opened coffee bags. Unopened bags in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery with proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at admin@mistercommodore.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can make it right.

Non-returnable items We cannot accept returns on opened coffee bags, sale items, or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to get what you want is to return the eligible item and make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at admin@mistercommodore.com.
